Returns policy

 

A lot of love has gone into our products and helping you to look sharp, we think you'll love them (nearly!) as much as you love your bike. But hey, it's OK to change your mind once in a while. As long as your item is unworn, as new and has all the original tags/packaging, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please note, we’re only little so all returns are 100% checked for condition.

Returns Process
To request a return, please email info@societeduvelo.com, quoting your order number in the subject field.

I'm afraid we're just a small outfit and don't quite have the same power or shipping quantities as the likes of Amazon, so this means we're unable to cover the cost of return shipping (I think we'd go bust pretty quick if we did, and where would you be without our awesome threads!).

Of course, it goes without saying that we'd be happy to reimburse return shipping costs in the rare case of faulty or incorrect items. Please make sure you check the condition of your items as soon as you receive your order, so that we can sort out any issues super quick.   

International Returns
All returns to us in the UK from overseas must be marked on the customs declaration that it is a 'RETURNED ITEM' and also including a print out of your emailed receipt. This will mean that there are no customs charges liable. If you do not do this and we are charged by UK Customs, we will need to pass these charges on to you.

Damages and issues
Please give your order a good checking over as soon as you receive it, and get in touch straight away if anything is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so that we can make it right like lightning.

Exceptions
Sorry, at the moment we do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you're riding in the threads that you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
When a refund for returned items is approved, we will refund the cost of the items but not the shipping cost.

We aim to pay refunds within 7 days of the return arriving with us. We will give you a shout by email when your refund has been processed.
